It’s after this unassuming and somewhat shy cave – one of Australia’s most significant archaeological sites – that Devil’s Lair is named.
A pale clear green with hints of straw appearance. Lifted notes of citrus, freshly cut grass and guava interplay with a secondary layer of punchy snow pea, hay and gooseberry.Zesty Sauvignon blanc explodes at first taste with nettles, lemon peel, kiwi fruit and subtle passionfruit. This initial explosion is supported with a juicy textural core of lime and passionfruit provided by Semillon.
