VINOS DEL VIENTO GARNACHA BLANCO - SPAIN

This is varietal, clean and expressive, with notes of waxy apples, yellow flowers and pollen. More yellow fruit flavour, like ripe apricot, mandarin orange and banana. The grape juice are soaked in the yeast for extended time - to extract more flavour. The palate is balanced and tasty, very pleasant.
